Dr. Patricia Dwyer-Hallquist joins us at June's meeting to offer a presentation titled “Evidence for Climate Change". The presentation will focus on misconceptions about climate change and will touch upon decisions individuals and governments may make that will require an understanding of climate change.
Dr. Dwyer-Hallquist received her PhD in biochemistry from the University of Chicago. She taught college chemistry, worked at Appleton Papers as a research chemist, and taught chemistry and physics at Oshkosh Lourdes Academy before retiring 2016. She became interested in climate change when advising students on the Lourdes High School Solar Olympics team from 2002 - 2016.
