Annual Meeting Takes a Different Look

The League Board is hoping that all of our members and their families are staying safe and healthy. We know that Leaguers are social beings and so we are trying to be able to keep that in mind by using Zoom for our committee and Annual Meeting so that everyone can be seen and heard.

By April 6th, you will receive via email a ballot on items that we are asking League members to vote on as part of the Annual Meeting. We will need you to return the ballot by April 20th to bclwv2010 [at] gmail.com. It will be easy for you to do, as it will be in the body of the email as well as a separate attachment if you need to see it in larger print. We will give you as much information as we are able to on the ballot.

On the day of the Annual Meeting, April 25th, 10:00 a.m. we will discuss the results, how to go forward, and our plans for the summer. Below find the invitation to the Zoom Annual Meeting. It will be sent to you again, closer to the meeting time.
