The public is invited to join us at the Loves Park library for an educational program that begins at 1 pm, featuring staff from the Rockford Water Department talking about local water issues in Rockford.  Beth Baranski and Bonnie Cox from LWV Jo Daviess will also be on hand to talk about their local water project in Galena, which is sure to be an exciting and engaging talk!
