Senator Kelda Helen Roys is an attorney, small business owner, and former nonprofit executive. She represents Wisconsin’s 26th Senate District, which includes most of Madison and Shorewood Hills. Sen. Roys received her BA from New York University and her JD from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where she worked on the Innocence Project. After spending four years as executive director of NARAL Pro-Choice Wisconsin, she was elected to the State Assembly and served as Democratic Caucus Chair in her second term. She also practiced law at Wheeler,Van Sickle & Anderson. In 2013, she founded OpenHomes, a real estate brokerage serving customers throughout southern Wisconsin, which she continues to run. Kelda and her partner, Dan, live in Madison with their two young daughters, one young son and Dan’s two older girls.

Senator Melissa Agard represents Wisconsin's 16th Senate District. She was born and raised in Madison, Wisconsin, and is a proud graduate of East High School and the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She was first elected to represent the 48th District in November 2012, and is currently serving her fifth term in the Wisconsin State Legislature. The 16th Senate District encompasses the parts of eastern Dane County, including: Sun Prairie; Cottage Grove; McFarland; Stoughton; Monona; Fitchburg; and parts of Madison's north, east, and southeast side.
