Speaker will be Cynthia Cannaday, JD, member of League of Women Voters Pasadena. She is active on the League's Natural Resources Committee. The title of her talk is "Ten Actions That Local Governments Can Take To Reduce Greenhouse Emissions".

Members will also be voting for officers and directors, by-laws changes, and policy changes.
