LITTLE ROCK, AR — Yesterday, the US District Court for the Western District of Arkansas ruled in favor of the League of Women Voters of Arkansas (LWVAR) and Save AR Democracy (SARD) and blocked enforcement of several laws related to Arkansas’ direct democracy process.
The League has filed a motion to intervene on behalf of voters in USA v. Page, the US DOJ's attempt to improperly collect sensitive voter data in Orange County.
Last Friday, the League of Women Voters of California, League of Women Voters Orange Coast, and League of Women Voters of North Orange County (together, “the League”) filed a motion to intervene on behalf of voters in USA v. Page.
