- Donations made to LWVC Education Fund are tax-deductible. These donations are used strictly for educational activities.
- Donations to LWVNSBC, which is currently a 501(c)4 organization, are NOT tax-deductible.

The League of Women Voters of California Education Fund allows local leagues to solicit tax-deductible donations that can be used to reimburse our expenses for 501(c)(3)-permissible charitable and educational activities that we carry out in compliance with LWV policies.
Permissible activities support our voter service and citizen education local programs.
Donations to the Education Fund, a 501(c)(3)corporation, are fully tax-deductible where allowed by law.
