Speaker will be City of Guadalupe Chief of Police, Michael Cash
Join us as we come together to honor, reflect, and celebrate a century of Black history, culture, resilience, and contributions. This community celebration is open to all and will feature meaningful programming in recognition of Black History Month.
Live Music & Dance performances, Nonprofit & for-profit vendors. Lunch will be served.
