LWVUS is offering a training open to League members highlighting event planning best practices. This will include ways to make your events more action oriented, what to keep in mind for follow up, and how to best leverage LTEs and Op-eds.
The Task Force leads the implementation of the DEI Policy Action Plan to increase member participation and engage new members. New members are welcome to join the committee.

The For the People Act (HR1) is expected to be brought to a vote in the House of Representatives soon! HR1 is a top priority for the League of Women Voters because it addresses some of the most pressing issues facing our democracy.
