Learn fact-based, unbiased information about the upcoming recall election.

Our Vice President of Program, Ann Ravel, will present an overview of the recall election, including how a petition can be filed and qualified for the ballot, some historical perspective, costs involved, and how the vote will be calculated.  Shannon Bushey, Santa Clara County Registrar of Voters, will show a sample ballot, explained the two questions on the ballot, and reinforced how you can submit your ballot. All California registered voters have received their ballots via USPS mail. This Recall Election is the only item on the ballot - and the information below is being presented to help you make your voting decisions.

Recently, our League and the Santa Clara County Leagues sponsored an hour long plus webinar and video o the recall election. Election experts Shannon Bushey, Santa Clara County Registrar of Voters and Ann Ravel, of DeCode Democracy/Maplight and former Commissioner of the Federal Election Commission presented detailed information on the recall, including its history in California.
