This is the second of two LWVSC Meet and Learn programs on the topic of community safety. The October 21, 2021 Meet and Learn featured community advocate, paralegal, and series facilitator Michael Baldwin along with Dan Starr of the Modesto Police Officer's Association. Both are members of the City of Modesto's Forward Together work group, which began meeting in July 2021 to address community-police relations.
