Join the Associated Students University of Idaho and League of Women Voters of Moscow for a candidate forum on Tue., Oct. 17 at the Vandal Lounge in the Idaho Student Union building on the University of Idaho campus. The city council candidate forum will take place from 5-6 p.m. Immediately following the city council forum will be a Zone 4 Moscow School Board Trustee candidate forum from 6-6:45 p.m. with Dawn Fazio and Jim Gray.
