This year’s Candidate Forum will be streamed live through the League’s Facebook page.  

The forum will be 7-8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 7, in Moscow City Council Chambers. There will be no live audience participation as numbers are limited by social distancing requirements established by the City of Moscow.

Participants in contested races scheduled to appear include: District 5 House Seat A, Dulce Kersting-Lark (D) and Brandon Mitchell (R); House Seat B, Caroline Nilsson Troy (R) and Renee Love (D). The District 5 Senate race has been cancelled due to a nonparticipating candidate.

The forum will conclude with the candidates for Latah County Commissioner District 2, Tom Lamar (D) and Gabriel Rench (R).

Questions for the candidates may be submitted in advance to moscow.league.questions2 [at] gmail.com by Tuesday. There will be no questions taken during the event. League members are encouraged to send in questions. Please indicate to which candidate or contest the question is directed.

The audio portion of the forum will be broadcast by KRFP/Radio Free Moscow, 90.3 FM and rebroadcast  5:30 p.m. Sunday (Oct. 11). The forum will be archived on the League’s Facebook page.
