With Election Day quickly approaching, Don’t delay; make your plan today! Check that you’re registered. If you've moved since the last election, make sure to update your address. Request your mail-in ballot online and receive a personal URL to track its progress. Watch your mailbox for its arrival. Plan to mail it immediately to allow adequate time for mail delivery . If you prefer to vote in person, avoid long lines by voting early; minimize your time at the polls by knowing what’s on the ballot and planning your vote in advance. If you received a mail ballot but decide to vote in person, bring your mail ballot to the polls to give to the Election Judges. Without it, you will still be able to vote but will cast a “provisional” ballot, which means it has to be verified by the Election Authority as your only ballot cast before it is counted.
