A presentation of the concept of ranked choice voting, aka instant run-off will be held at 161 S. Huntington Ave., JP.  Parking is usually available on the street.  The 39 bus stops right in front or across the street in front of the VA hospital.  The Heath St. stop on the Green E line is down the street.  Light refreshments will be served.  The workshop should be done by 8:30 pm.
