August 26, otherwise known as Women's Equality Day, marks the anniversary of the certification of the 19th Amendment, which granted some women the right to vote.

The Panel discussion will focus on the history of LWVBCC and our current activities. The Buchanan clerk will also be there to highlight all things elections.

Speaker will be David Campbell, the Packey J. Dee Professor of American Democracy at the University of Notre Dame and the director of the Notre Dame Democracy Initiative.
