Join Michigan United for a fun event to learn more about Redistricting here in Michigan. The event takes place on Monday, April 26 from 6:00 to 7:30 pm.  Register at https://www.miunited.org/events.

Attendees will become members of the Michigan Independent Citizens Redistricting Commission for the day and be tasked with drawing new district lines for SE Michigan.  You will be taught the basics of redistricting and what criteria you must consider.  

Then, in small groups, you will be tasked to draw your own Michigan House Districts.  This is a great way to learn more redistricting and understanding te job of the MICRC.
