Join the National Civic League for a webinar featuring Welcoming America and two communities empowering immigrant leaders on Tuesday, April 27 at 2 pm. 

Register at the National Civic League website.  There is no charge and is open to all.

Participants will learn about Welcoming America's approach to supporting local communities in including and welcoming immigrants in all areas of civic, social, and economic life.  We will hear about the Welcoming Standard, a roadmap for creating welcoming communities, and how t leads to innovative policies, programs, and practices for local government seeking to become Certified Welcoming.  

We will also hear how two communities, Louisville-Jefferson County and the Welcoming Center of Greater Philadelphia, are preparing foreign born residents with the skills, knowledge, and tools necessary to fully engage in civic life.
