Unlocking the Ballot: Ensuring Voting Rights for Incarcerated Citizens / LWV Detroit and Detroit Public Library

Join members of Voting Access for All and a panel of experts for a community conversation about the process and policies currently in place, and those being debated currently, to allow voting by jailed citizens, as well as the formerly incarcerated.

League of Women Voters Detroit and the Detroit Public Library are partnering in talks promoting voter education and tools for action.

A Zoom link will be sent to registrants before the program. We routinely initiate Zoom auto-transcription. If you need further accommodation for accessibility, please notify the organizer by 4:00 p.m. Eastern on the Thursday before the program. We will address your need if possible.
