The presenter is Eric Walcott, a State Specialist with MSU Extension’s Government and Public Policy programs, who works to educate residents and local government officials of Michigan on good governance issues. On June 13th he will present information about the ballot proposals that were passed by the voters last November to amend the Michigan Constitution. What does their implementation look like?
