Each year at the start of the legislative season, local League members meet with our representatives in the California Senate and Assembly.

League members take action on issues where we have studied the topic and have reached conclusions that are embodied in our positions. We work together to stay informed, educate League members, and strategize about steps we can take to defend our democracy. Our actions and non-partisan advocacy are especially urgent in this pivotal moment of our democracy.
