The Wisconsin State Legislature is moving very quickly on several bills that would make it more difficult for Wisconsinites to obtain an absentee ballot or vote.
Twenty North Carolina counties were unable to reach unanimous agreement on their early voting plans for the 2026 General Election. Now, the State Board of Elections will decide.
LWV will host a booth at Blacksburg’s Steppin’ Out Festival, Aug 7 and 8, 2026. We expect to talk to voters about the November General Election and the three amendments on the ballot as well as register voters.
