Please join us for this important and timely program. Dr. Traci Hostetler, Superintendent of the Education Service Center of Eastern Ohio will be presenting on Balanced Property Tax Reform and the Impact of Universal Vouchers on the State Budget.
Thanks to a great team of petition circulators and speakers, in 2019 we returned 60+ petitions with more than 500 signatures. I set our League goal at 1,000 signatures. We have almost 3 more months and I think we can reach this number.
We helped qualify this initiative last year, but the Schools and Communities First coalition has made some changes that will make it even easier to get this passed on the November 2020 ballot. We are joining the LWVC and other local Leagues and coalition partners to gather signatures to re-file this improved initiative.
