LWVNY Reports Results of Survey of Voters’ Experiences with Early Voting.

The League of Women Voters of New York recently published the results of the survey they conducted on voter’s experiences with Early Voting during the election of 2019. With almost 1,800 responses to the survey, LWVNY was able to identify some key issues and develop important recommendations for an improved early voting process during the 2020 elections. These findings and recommendations will be shared with our elected officials and Boards of Elections. The report has results divided into ten regions across the state so you can compare findings around the state.

Jennifer Wilson, LWVNYS Deputy Director, presented these findings in her testimony before the Joint Committee on Elections (Senate and Assembly) in December 2019. You may read her testimony here.
