On April 28, 2020, the League of Women Voters of White Plains will host an information session on the proposed City of White Plains 2020/2021 budget.  It will be held at the White Plains Public Library from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. and is open to the public.  City Budget Director James Arnett will be present to discuss the proposed budget and answer questions from the public.  Following this, league members are invited to remain to develop a consensus statement which the league will present at the Common Council's public hearing on the budget.
