This picture is from the League's recent tour of the Cleveland County Detention Center which was amazing.  The Sheriff and his team went to a great effort to put a very thorough visit with lots of information together for us.  We learned about the facility, staff training, inmate classes and opportunities offered by the Center and especially all the focused efforts being made to begin the rehabilitation process for each inmate. We saw the work ethic displayed by the staff and the positive environment in the facility which is not something normally considered in a jail.  Sheriff Gibson has created this through his vision for the Detention center..
