It is Time to Increase your Political Skills, Leadership and League Skills

 Move into the fall and the zenith of the 2020 election season with the League of Women Voters of Virginia's virtual Fall Workshop.

 We know how hard it has been not to sit down and discuss issues and tactics with other League members. Come to the next best thing 7:00 PM-8:30 PM Friday night, September 11. After a commemoration of the anniversary of the 2001 terrorist attacks, we will kick off the Workshop with a virtual reception where you can share how you are handling virtual messaging for the 2020 election and how you are keeping your League visible during quarantine.

The formal part of Workshop begins at 9:00 AM on Saturday, September 12, 2020. (Doors open at 8:50 AM.) Morning speakers will offer information on two important issues related to the 2020 Election: Getting People to the Polls and Stopping Voter Suppression.

After a brunch break, during which you have the option to mingle with other members in a virtual break room, the afternoon session will focus on League management including a deep dive into Position Study and Leadership Development.
