YOU MUST BE A MEMBER OF AN OKLAHOMA LWV LEAGUE TO ATTEND COUNCIL. 

The Council meeting is on Saturday, June 4th, however you are welcome to arrive on Friday, June 3 to socialize with members from various local leagues!

 

You may register electronically or manually by mail; either way, there is a $35 Registration Fee. Registration is open through May 20, 2022.

FRIDAY, JUNE 3RD

 

For those who wish to arrive on Friday, June 3rd and stay the night, lodging is available at the Hilton Garden Inn at favorable rate of $94 (plus taxes). Hotel accomodations are not covered by league expenses. To receive the $94 rate, reservations must be made by May 20th.  When making the reservation, you must mention the League of Women Voters at:

Board Meeting at 5:30pm

The LWV Oklahoma Board will have an open board meeting from 5:30 to 6:15. All League members are welcomed to attend at:

First Presbyterian Church

Dinner at 6:30pm

Although the dinner cost is not covered by League expenses, everyone is welcomed to join LWV Bartlesville & LWVOK board members to eat. Diners will need to RSVP for their meal through texting or calling 918-440-6387 by May 20th. Here is the menu. Dinner will be at:

A continental breakfast will be served, and check in will open at 9:30am. The meeting will include reports on our activities throughout the state and two guest speakers, Maria Gus, who is the executive director of Visit Bartlesville and Oklahoma associate district judge for Washington County,  Judge Russell Vaclaw. A detailed agenda will be available at the meeting.

The LWVOK board looks forward to seeing you at the first in-person meeting since 2019!
