Public Comment--Todd Peetz from Portage County Regional Planning Commission gave a presentation on online planning tools available for marketing, etc. The public would have access. He showed what they had done for Brimfield and Kent

Mr. Freeman reported on the vacating of roads in the Brady Lake Area.

There was discussion about Snow Removal, with a report saying it had been generally good for the last storm, but a resident in the audience contradicted that for a neighborhood (wasn't able to catch the name).

There was a road report, a zoning report, and a fire update.

Germaine Reserve update--no movement forward, no news.

The Trustees discussed a fire levy for the November ballot, a NOPEC Community Event sponsorship grant, and a Kent/Franklin Township JEDD business owner participant

Correspondence, and a financial report--Fire and EMS bills paid through October 2023, audit update (need to gather documents for Wilson, Philips), and news of pending projects (road resurfacing). There were resolutions passed for creating new Capital Improvement Funds and paying bills.
