Since Idaho's extreme abortion ban became law in August of 2022, Idaho patients and providers have seen devastating impacts. Hear more about the realities of Idaho's ban and the opportunity to reverse course via a citizen's ballot initiative, The Reproductive Freedom & Privacy Act. Led, powered, and funded by thousands of Idahoans from every corner of the state, the initiative has 77,000 signatures (and counting) and, when qualified, will be on the November 2026 ballot.

Melanie Folwell is a lifelong Idahoan, mother, and community advocate currently serving as executive director of Idahoans United for Women & Families, the nonpartisan coalition leading the charge to restore reproductive rights to every Idahoan via citizens ballot initiative.
