Join us June 10 for our next Democracy Huddle, featuring a deep dive on our challenge against SB 293. As a reminder, we, with co-plaintiffs CAIR-Northern Ohio, filed a federal lawsuit asserting the process for citizenship checks of voter rolls included in SB 293 violated the NVRA and Due Process Clause due to the outdated and unreliable data in these systems. We are represented in the suit by ACLU and ACLU Ohio. We'll also discuss a number of other active legal challenges related to voting access.
