  • Oct. 8, 2022, 9:a.m.-11:30 a.m., Face2Face Candidate Forum at Kent United Methodist Church; free and open to the public; find our more details and download the flyer here.

  • Oct. 11, 2022 by 9:00 p.m. - Voter Registration Deadline for the Nov. 8 General Election (click https://olvr.ohiosos.gov/ to registser to vote or change your address)

  • Oct. 12, 2022 - Absentee and early in-office voting begins. See below for specific dates and times at the Portage County Board of Elections, 449 S. Meridian St., Ravenna, OH 44266, Map.

  • Nov. 5, 2022 by 12:00 p.m. (noon) - Deadline for absentee ballot applications

  • Nov. 7, 2022 - Postmark deadline for absentee/mail-in voting ballots

  • Nov. 8, 2022 General Election Day! Polls Open 6:30 a.m.- 7:30p.m. Drop off absentee ballots at your Board of Elections by 7:30 p.m.

  • Saturday, Oct. 29: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. In-person early voting

  • Weekdays, Oct. 31 - Nov. 4: 8 a.m. - 7 p.m. In-person early voting

  • Saturday, Nov. 5: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. In-person early voting

  • Sunday, Nov. 6: 1p.m. - 5 p.m. In-person early voting

  • Monday, Nov. 7: 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. In-person early voting
