Saturday, April 30, by noon: Application must be received by Board of Elections. Download an absentee ballot here
Monday, May 2: Absentee ballot postmark deadline.
Tuesday, May 3, by 7:30 pm: Deadline to return absentee ballot in person to Board of Elections.
Friday, May 13: Last day for Board of Elections to receive mail-in ballots postmarked on or before Nov.1.

For information about candidates and issues on the ballot: VOTE411.org. Call the Portage County Board of Elections at 330-297-3511 for absentee and registration forms and to volunteer to work at the polls. Visit the Board of Elections online at https://www.portagecounty-oh.gov/board-elections.

The Portage County Administration Building, 449 S. Meridian St., Ravenna, Ohio, where the Board of Elections is located is open to the public. There is a drop box in the parking lot for you to place items for the Board of Elections. There are registration and absentee ballot applications in front of the drop box.
