Action Alert -- SAVE America Act -- What You Can Do Now

This week [07/20/26], the US House passed a massive reconciliation package that includes the SAVE America Act, the voter suppression bill that would force Americans to have documentary proof of citizenship to register to vote and voter ID to vote absentee, would effectively end volunteer voter registration drives, and would demand states turn over voter registration lists to the Department of Homeland Security. If passed, SAVE would put the voting rights of millions of eligible voters—especially women—back generations. We will keep fighting this zombie bill until it is finally dead and buried.
