- Special Note: Once you have submitted your Absentee Ballot APPLICATION to the Board of Elections, they will mail to you your Absentee Ballot. Complete the Ballot and mail it via U.S. Postal Service to your county Board of Elections, postmarked by 05/05/25; OR,
