- Print, Complete, and Return a Paper Voter Registration Cancellation Form; or
- If you live in Wood County Ohio, call the Wood County Board of Elections, 419-354-9120, and ask them to mail the form to you.
- If your former address was in Wood County Ohio, mail the completed form to: WCBOE, 1 Courthouse Sq, Bowling Green, OH 43402.
- Note: Online Updates are not available for Cancellations. Don't forget to register to vote with your new County Board of Elections.

- Complete, Print, and Mail an Absentee Ballot Application; or.
- If you live in Wood County Ohio, call the Wood County Board of Elections, 419-354-9120, and ask them to mail the Absentee Ballot Application to you.
- If you live in Wood County Ohio, mail the completed form to: WCBOE, 1 Courthouse Sq, Bowling Green, OH 43402.
- Special Note: Your Absentee Ballot APPLICATION bmust be received by your Board of Elections by 10/29/24 at 8:30 PM.
- Once you have submitted your Absentee Ballot APPLICATION to the Board of Elections, they will mail to you your Absentee Ballot. Complete the Ballot and mail it via U.S. Postal Service to your county Board of Elections, postmarked by 11/04/24; OR,
- Deliver it in person to your county Board of Elections by 7:30 PM on Election Day, 11/05/24.
