Retain and make high priority for re-study

Specifically, the League believes that:

  1. A statement of the long and short range goals of the IISD should appear in the budget book
  2. A public meeting should be held during the early stages of budget preparation.
  3. A complete budget book, including the expenditures of the previous year and short descriptive phrases explaining the code numbers, should be made available to the public in the administration building and in the Irving Public Library.

In administering the student activity fund on the secondary level, decisions on spending a significant portion of the funds should be made by a student/teacher advisory committee.
