All cities will have early voting starting Sept 18, 2020.  Some cities have additional satellite locations

Chesapeake – 6 Satellite locations:

Sept. 18 – Oct. 31, Monday – Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.   

Saturday, October 24 and 31, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Norfolk – City Hall + 4 Satellite locations:  City Hall, 810 Union St.  

Monday–Friday Sept. 18 to Oct. 30, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.  Saturday Oct 24 & Oct 31, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Beginning Oct 12 voting will be available at these Norfolk satellite locations: 

  • Mary D. Pretlow Anchor Branch Library, 111 W. Ocean View Ave.
  • Jordan-Newby Anchor Branch Library, 1425 Norchester Ave
  • Lambert’s Point Community Center, 1251 W. 42nd St.
  • Berkley Community Center, 121 W. Liberty Street.
  • Norfolk voters may also return their absentee ballot to voter satellite locations during hours/times indicated above or to their polling place on Election Day.

Times:  
Monday & Wednesday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.   Tuesday & Thursday 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.   Saturday October 17 and Friday October 23, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
