Racial Equity Challenge Series
- America is engaged in a great national conversation regarding racial equity and social justice. But sometimes the hardest part of joining a conversation is knowing how to get started. The good news is, there are plenty of resources just waiting to empower you.
- For five consecutive days each quarter during 2022, participants are prompted with a daily e-mail challenge — such as reading an article, listening to a podcast, or watching a video–and are then encouraged to reflect on that content and to relate the situation to their own lives. Participants discover how racial inequity and social injustice impact our community. The goal is to build new understandings and new connections and in so doing, to begin dismantling systemic racism in Delaware. Click here to find out more about the series.
The Stand Against Racism Challenge
Our collective efforts can root out injustice, transform institutions, and create a world that sees women, girls, and people of color the way we see them: Equal. Powerful. Unstoppable. Click below to accept the challenge and #StandAgainstRacism now!
Racial Equity Habit Building
- The 21-Day Racial Equity Habit Building Challenge by America & Moore has an abundance of resources to assist you in your quest for equity and justice within the League and your personal life. More importantly, it provides you with a self-education and self-reflection action plan that may empower you to be a more racially aware League member.
Implicit Bias Training

The Kirwan series includes six full lesson sets (an overview, four modules, and a "Final Thoughts" wrap-up), each with videos and associated resources. The series' introductory video is included below for convenience:
