Erika Neuberg is a clinical psychologist and life coach with a special focus on positive psychology.  She is a registered Independent from Chandler.  She was selected unanimously by her fellow commissioners to serve as chair of the committee.  

Derrick Watchman is an experienced executive with over 35 years of commercial and tribal business experience in gaming and banking.  He is a registered Democrat from Window Rock.  He was selected by the commissioners to serve as vice chair. 

David Mehl is the president of Cottonwood Properties, a real estate development company.  He is a registered Republican from Tucson.  

Shereen Lerner is a professor of anthropology at Mesa Community College.  She is a registered Democrat from Tempe.

Douglas York is the president of Ewing Irrigation and Landscape Supply.  He is a registered Republican from Maricopa County.
