VOTE CENTERS:  An update from Candace Grubbs, Butte County Clerk-Recorder.

Candace will share the latest in election changes for the March 3 Primary and beyond. In addition to transitioning to Vote-by-Mail Elections, we will also see the appearance of new Vote Centers in our Butte County communities.
