Instructions from CARD:

As you prepare for the big day, we ask that you bring patience, positivity, and kindness with you, especially during load-in and throughout the parade. This event is a celebration for everyone, and it’s our way of honoring the freedom to play, connect, and come together.

Please keep the spirit of inclusion and community in mind as you work on your float and signage. We kindly discourage messages or imagery that reflect sensitive or potentially divisive topics. This day is about unity, joy, and celebrating what brings us together.

Let’s make this a day where everyone feels seen, welcomed, and celebrated.

• Enter the staging area at 5th Street and Salem at your assigned arrival time. Your parade vehicle and/or float must be present and parked at your assigned location (see attached map) during your scheduled arrival time.  
• Please make sure to park as close to the curb on your assigned street and side of the street as possible. 
• Additional pedestrians or participants may arrive no later than 8:30 AM.  
• No parade vehicles or floats will be allowed to check in after their scheduled arrival time. 
• Please make sure your entry is lined up on the correct street, facing towards the parade starting point. 
• Place your number on your banner OR if you are a vehicle only entry, on your windshield. 
• If needed, additional staging area will be provided at the 3rd and Salem parking structure on the 2nd and 3rd floors as needed. 
• At the end of the parade, please exit the staging area at 5th and Salem.
