The 2023 Annual Meeting Agenda includes:
- Nominations for Officer and Director Positions
- Proposed Budget for 2023-24
- Proposed Program for 2023-24
- Proposed Revisions to the Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation, mostly needed for transition to a 503(c)(3) organization
- Reports on all the above and on accomplishments of the last year
The Annual Meeting will be on Monday, May 22, at 5:30 PM at the Chico First Baptist Church, 850 Palmetto Avenue, Chico.
It's a potluck, so plan to come with something yummy to share if you can. If not, no worries, there'll be plenty of food.
