 5. NVCF Educational Fund agreement modifications
Sandra Flake has reviewed a new agreement presented to the League regarding our funds and finds that there are no material changes.  Based on the detailed information she provided, the board voted unanimously to accept the new agreement.

 6. Approval of Delegate(s) to Convention
The board voted to approve both Nicole Drummond and Debra Barger as delegates to the convention with the understanding that Debra Barger may take an unfilled spot or could represent our chapter should a vacancy occur.

 7. Annual Meeting Plans
Joe Crotts will serve as parliamentarian.  Margaret Swick will run the elections.  Sandra Flake will present and explain bylaws changes.  Janet Rechtman suggested several enhancements for the meeting including a power point, some flip charts with post-it notes to encourage members to sign up for upcoming tasks, committees and programs with a special emphasis on voter services given that it will be an election year.
 8. High School Civics Week Update
At present no high school civics classes have requested materials but we will make them available should requests come in.  Sandra Flake mentioned that the League still has not received partial payment from the County for the work that was done the first half of the contract year.

 9. Security related Issue
It was pointed out to President Veith by Helen Gesick that having personal emails of members of the league listed in the newsletter or on the website may pose a security risk if not now then possibly in the future.  It was agreed that we will not list personal email addresses of officers, and members will be encouraged to direct their emails to the League where they will be forwarded appropriately by the President.

 10. Committee Reports
No formal committee reports were made; however, Janet Rechtman discussed networking with local researchers on the topic of homelessness; Caroline Langen will be having a meeting of the observer corps at her home in early May and discussion of how to add workers to Voter Services was held including the possibility of interns from CARD and Chico State Political Science department.

The meeting was adjourned at 6:31 p.m.  The next meeting will be held on May 9 at 5:30 p.m. on Zoom.

Respectfully Submitted,

Marcia Moore
