Our grassroots nonpartisan network is one of America's most trusted institutions. We work to empower voters by providing the unbiased information they need to be active and informed participants in government. We are working to make a difference and actively engaging people in more than 700 communities around the country.

Joining the League of Women Voters is a great way to get involved in your community and play an active role in our democracy.

Our volunteers work year-round to register new voters, host candidate forums, and provide voters with election information they need. We engage at the local, state, and national levels on legislative priorities and efforts to improve our elections and protect our democracy.
