The League of Women Voters of Nevada County believes that an informed voter is the best return on an investment.  The Your Vote - Your Future campaign provides you with that opportunity. Rather than asking you to purchase a ticket to a fundraising event, we are inviting you to invest directly in the essential voter services we provide to Nevada County. This effort highlights our commitment to voter registration, education and turnout.100% of the donations will go to this mission, not to catering. 

Today, our democracy is at risk, making an informed electorate more vital than ever.  The League provides Nevada County voters with the nonpartisan tools they need to register to vote, navigate candidates and ballot measures, and then vote. We are especially committed to young, first-time voters, ensuring they have the guidance and confidence to register, show up, and take their rightful place in shaping our future.

We’re leveraging the high visibility of the LWV during this election year to raise money to run our all-volunteer organization for the next 2 years. Our goal is to raise $12,000. We’re launching our Your Vote — Your Future campaign now through December, starting with our members, past and present.  Your investment ensures that when we head to the polls to make critical decisions, we go prepared.
