Members of the LWV-PA Board met in April. Here are some highlights:

• All committee chairs were asked to submit the past year’s committee meeting minutes (July 2021 through June 2022) to Jody Kenney at office [at] lwv-pa.org for the LWV-PA archives.
• The membership has increased to 277 since January.
• The Board has passed a By-Laws amendment that calls for two-year terms instead of yearly terms for officers of the League, to be presented at the Annual Meeting for approval by the members.
• The Board has prepared a proposed 2022–2023 fiscal year budget for approval by the members at our Annual Meeting in June. You can review it in this issue of the Voter.
• The Finance/Budget Committee has a new member, Samantha Grande.
• The delegates for National Convention have been chosen.
