We are planning for the Annual Members Meeting to take place in person this year!

• When: Saturday, June 18, 10:00 a.m.–12:00 noon
• Where: Monrovia Community Center, 119 W. Palm Ave., Monrovia (just north of city library)
• Watch www.lwv-pa.org for registration details.
• Light refreshments will be available at the start of the meeting. Parking is available at the Community Center and on nearby streets and public lots.

In making these arrangements, the League is hoping to balance the continuing need for caution due to COVID with the value of meeting in a way that supports personal engagement and discussion. Out of concern for the health and safety of our members, we are taking the following in-person precautions:

• The room is spacious, allowing for well-distanced seating at tables.
• All attendees will be expected to have proof of complete vaccination (including one booster) or a recent negative COVID test.
• All attendees will be required to wear masks, except while making presentations or taking refreshment.

If, as we move forward in planning for this meeting, we are notified that COVID has spread in Los Angeles County, we may need to change to a virtual format, as we did for last year’s Annual Meeting. If we move to a virtual meeting, you will be notified. We do not have the ability to hold the meeting both in person and virtually. We encourage you to register to attend the in-person Annual Meeting on June 18, 2022.
