Cannabis Impacts and Opportunities in Santa Cruz County

Santa Cruz cannabis attorney Robin Bolster-Grant will lead a panel discussion on local cannabis issues, including licensing, enforcement, taxation, environmental concerns, and prevention of youth access to cannabis on Saturday, March 6 at 11 a.m.. Bolster-Grant spent 16 years in the Santa Cruz County Planning Department and 1-1/2 years  as the county cannabis licensing manager; she now works as an attorney in cannabis law at Rice, Luxon & Bolster-Grant, LLP. Also on the panel will be cannabis industry advocate Bryce Berryessa, founder of the TreeHouse cannabis dispensary and co-founder of La Vida Verde (cannabis products); Sam LoForti, currrent caannabis licensing manager for the county; and Darren Story of Coastal Sun, a local cannabis cultivator. An opportunity to ask questions follows the panel discussion. This virtual event will start at 11:00 a.m. and continue to 12:30 p.m. via Zoom and is free and open to the public.
