In the weeks preceding elections, the League works hard to provide needed information to the voters of our community. During the next two months we will begin scheduling presentations of the “Pros and Cons” for propositions that will be on the November ballot.
The LWVC joined a coalition of civil rights groups to oppose H.R. 7109, which alters the U.S. Census, excluding noncitizens from political representation.
