Trump and his billionaire allies want to make it harder for Californians to vote.

Under Prop 39, a voter who writes the wrong ID number on their mail ballot envelope could have their ballot rejected. The measure would also impose new ID requirements at polling places and cost California taxpayers hundreds of millions of dollars each year.
